What are timber mouldings?
Timber mouldings or timber profiles refer to lengths of wood which are machined to a certain shape. These pieces are often used as architectural elements to create a decorative feature at the transition of surfaces. For instance dado rails, picture rails, skirtings, architraves, covings and thresholds are timber features shaped specifically for these areas and come in a variety of styles. Our mouldings can be a simple rounded edge, rebate or curved design like torus and ogee. We have Oak, Pine, Sapele, Poplar/Tulipwood and other hardwoods and softwoods for mouldings.

IMPORTANT NOTE
All mouldings and bespoke profile orders will need to be placed through the sales team for dedicated pricing. Unless pre-arranged with our sales team our mill has a minimum order quantity of 25 linear metres due to setup times on machinery. We understand that prototypes may be essential to secure larger projects where samples may need to be signed off. For these requirements please contact the sales team and we will be happy to support. Drawings may be required to explain your design and sizes. Our team can provide CAD drawings for your internal records which may require an additional charge.
